If you are a job seeker, you will sign up for a free account, set up your profile, answer a short questionnaire, add your employment history, and begin searching for jobs on the Litjobs platform. Like building a relationship when dating, once you identify a job you are interested in, you will participate in up to three progressive levels. At Levels 1 and 2, if you are interested in the characteristics of the job and the recruiter/employer is interested in you, you will be hotlisted. Once you reach Level 3, the recruiter/employer can choose to strike a match. If they strike a match, you will see the company’s information and the next steps in their hiring process.

If you are a recruiter/employer, you will sign-up for a free account, create your profile, and post job openings on the Litjobs platform. When a job seeker/candidate is interested in your job, you will review the characteristics of the job seeker/candidate who is interested in the job, and hotlist (shortlist) them at progressive levels. If you and the job seeker/candidate determine you are a match, you strike a match to receive the job seeker/candidate’s contact information.

This is a free service for the job seeker. The recruiter/employer only pays when they choose to strike a match. They can purchase one match at a time or a package of matches at a discounted rate.
